Can I mail in my photo?
At this time we currently do not accept mail in orders.
Are the plates Dishwasher safe and Microwavable?
They are dishwasher safe only.
How long will it take to make the plates?
We will try to have your plates and photos back to you within 2-4 weeks.
What characters do you offer?
Currently we offer Disney, Thomas the Train & Barney.
What are the dimensions of the plate?
They are 10 inch round dinner plates.
Can you eat off the plates?
Yes you can. These plates are extremely durable, eat away.
Can I order more then one plate?
Certainly.
Do you make other products besides plates?
Right now we only offer plates but soon we hope to offer children's bowls cups and other items. Be on the lookout.
Can I request a certain character to be put on the plate?
No. However, we encourage you to email us with suggestions of your character of choice if you don't see one you like. We can't promise anything but if demand is strong enough we will try our best.
How do you make the plates ?
We use a special process where your photograph and the design become part of the plate itself. It's not laminated and nothing is printed on the surface. It's a patented process, it's what makes our plates unique.
What does the plate cost?
Each plate costs $19.95 plus shipping and handling of $3 for the first plate and $1.75 for each additional plate.
Can you tell me anything else about the plates?
They are virtually indestructible and non-toxic. They are lots of fun, your child and family will love them. They make a great gift as well as a collectors item.
